E Manufacturing has purchased and is installing another CNC Vertical Boring Mill (Mazak -Megaturn A-12).   It's a 53" max turning capacity dual 49" chuck shuttle type machine.  It should be up and running in early September 2006 and will add in excess of 300 hours per month to our already large turning capacity.  Back in March of 2006 we increased our horizontal turning capacity by adding two CNC Lathes.  Both will handle chucking work from 4" to 24" and can turn shaft type work up to 42" in length. This addition increased our medium turning capacity by 300 - 500 hours per month.  We are currently looking to fill this additional turning capacity.  We also have available capacity for CNC milling up to 40" x 50" cube size on our horizontals and 20" x 65" on our verticals.
